Each Semi-Independent living property, is a shared property catering for two 16+ young people at a time. Each young person has their own modern high standard bedroom and shared facilities of a modern home.

 

We aim to keep in regular contact with commissioners/placement teams as to availability and any upcoming available placements. Although based in the North West, we are able to accept any young people 16+ from further afield.

 

The management are always available to discuss possible placements and the properties can always be viewed on request. 

 

We understand that not all placements can be planned admissions and are familiar with the difficulties that the LA's often face. We provide a 24 hour monitored telephone & email service to enable us to assist with referrals 7 days a week.
