Oaktree Support Services is the CQC-regulated part of Oaktree Group. We provide regulated personal care in small, homely settings for people whose needs are too complex for housing-led support but who do not need to be in hospital.
Care starts from 16, so young people can move into adulthood without another move, and continues for adults through residential care and our own supported living homes.

Every placement is matched to the person, their risks and anyone they would live with.

Our own homes, where staff help adults with daily living, money, college or work and wellbeing as they step towards independence.
Our adult supported living homes are properties we own and run. People get their own space and a staff team who know them, with support that steps down as their confidence and skills grow.
The fee covers the home and the support together, so commissioners agree a single placement cost and there is no separate tenancy or housing benefit claim to arrange.
Joint-funded packages are welcome. Every referral is assessed individually before an offer is made.

Step-down from inpatient and secure settings, people at risk of admission, self-harm and crisis recovery, working alongside community mental health and crisis teams.
Low-arousal homes, structured routines and communication passports, with Positive Behaviour Support for behaviours that challenge.
Delegated healthcare tasks such as tracheostomy care, carried out by staff trained for each person's care plan under NHS delegation, working with district nurses and GPs.
Mental health needs alongside drug or alcohol misuse, with a harm-reduction approach and links to specialist substance misuse services.
Care planned under the Mental Capacity Act, with any restrictions reviewed in line with current case law, including the Supreme Court's June 2026 judgment on deprivation of liberty.
Given by trained, competency-checked staff, with regular medication audits and GP input.
Solo or shared homes with 1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 staffing, and waking nights where needed.
Therapy from clinicians with CAMHS and social care backgrounds, alongside each person's NHS team.
CPI Safety Intervention, safeguarding adults, MCA and DoLS, ligature awareness and self-harm, with many holding Level 3 to 5 diplomas.
We do not provide nursing care or treatment. Clinical care stays with the person's NHS team, and we work alongside them.
A small service, led by people who know each home and each person in it.
Kelly has over 14 years leading CQC services, including a service rated Outstanding for responsiveness. She leads Oaktree Support Services and specialises in adults with complex mental health, learning disability and health needs.
Kelly meets placing teams for matching, visits each person before they move, and oversees every transition personally.

Oaktree Group is a family-owned North West provider running Ofsted-registered children's homes since 2017. Young people can move on to us from the group's children's homes and supported accommodation without starting again, and adults can be referred to us directly.
We are looking for calm, reliable people who want to make a lasting difference for young people and adults with complex needs. Experience helps, but values matter more.
Our homes support one or two people, so you get to know each person well and see the difference you make.

Across Oaktree Group's homes and services there is always a next step, from support worker to senior, team leader and manager.
All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check and safer recruitment checks, including references.
We take referrals for young people from 16 and adults up to 64. Emergency and short-notice referrals are considered.

We come back promptly with an offer, or a clear reason if we cannot meet the need.
We visit the person before they move and agree a transition plan with their network.
